Paper Abstract:
|
Knowledge has become a vital resource for organisations. Therefore the management of knowledge evolution processes is a key issue for the development of organisations. Conceptual Models offer the opportunity to represent explicit knowledge. Reference Models are designed for reuse and therefore contribute to the evolution of knowledge in an organisation. With this article requirements for the design process of reference models are derived against the background of design science research. Regarding these requirements in reference modelling facilitates the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge evolution in organisations. |
